We actively seek out Data Subjects possessing specific expertise and their contact information through our panel and/or online resources, including publicly available materials such as online journals, business directories, publications, industry discussion forums, social media platforms, company websites, and conference proceedings. We may employ various tools and services for this purpose. Green Minds takes necessary steps to ensure the accuracy of the data it collects. However, please note that the Data Subject is responsible for providing accurate information and must disclose any criminal history, including past or ongoing cases, prior to engaging with Green Minds.
PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION
Green Minds may utilize your information for achieving the purposes of the market research study or project or managing requests from you.
OUR PANEL
Personal Data is also Processed and retained to add and manage Data Subjects on our panel through the willful participation of the concerned Data Subject. Relevant data such as name, job titles, business names, along with the length of employment, professional background, contact information, current residence and spoken language are utilized for this purpose.
REACH OUTS
Upon receiving client requests for consultation services, we collect Personal Data of Data Subjects and Process it. Here the data is Processed to ensure the interest, suitability and availability of the Data Subject according to client's request. Communications are instantly halted where a Data Subject explicitly objects to being contacted.
RECORDINGS
Where applicable audio and video recordings of consultation calls will be shared with the client to facilitate the objectives of the relevant market research study. All recordings are anonymized and disclosed, with the consent of the Data Subject, to third parties with whom we have established a signed agreement to ensure adherence to data protection laws.
PAYMENTS
Payment details of each Data Subject are collected to facilitate remuneration for the services rendered based on the engagement for consultation purposes. Such data is kept strictly confidential, and access is limited.
DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Green Minds does not sell, trade or rent your Personal Data with any third parties. However, Green Minds may have to disclose the Personal Data of Data Subjects if required by law to share information with government or regulatory bodies, in which case the Data Subjects shall be duly informed. Disclosures of Personal Data to third parties shall be made by acquiring prior consent of the Data Subject. Please note, for healthcare studies, where a Data Subject mentions an Adverse Event experienced by them, the same must be communicated to third parties, in compliance with laws of market research.
RETENTION OF DATA
Unless a Data Subject raises an objection, Green Minds shall retain Personal Data of Data Subjects for one or more of the purposes listed under the section titled " Purpose of data collection".

Data Subject is contesting accuracy of the data, 2. data has been Processed illegally, and the Data Subject has requested restriction rather than deletion, 3. the data is no longer required by Green Minds, but the Data Subject requires it to for establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim. Green Minds must determine whether there are legitimate reasons to override such restriction.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
Data Subjects have the right to object to the Processing of the Personal Data at any time, if they have specific reasons related to their situation. Where a Data Subject raises an objection Processing shall be halted till a legitimate reason arises or can be found for continuing the Processing.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
Data Subject are entitled to withdraw consent at any time. Please note that withdrawing consent does not impact the legality of Processing that occurred while consent was still in effect.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
Data Subjects have the right to obtain their Personal Data. This right is only applicable where the data has been Processed through consent and automated means.
