We utilize tools and other services for this purpose, while staying limited to publicly accessible databases.
5.2 PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

Personal Data is also processed and retained to add and manage data subjects on our panel, through the willful participation of the concerned data subject. Relevant data such as name, job titles, business names, along with length of employment, professional background, contact information, nation, city, and spoken language are utilised for this purpose.
5.2.2 REACH OUTS
Upon receiving client request for consultation services, we collect Personal Data from data subjects and process it. Here the data is processed to ensure the interest, suitability and availability of the relevant data subject according to the client’s request. Communications as reach-outs are instantly halted where a data subject explicitly objects to being contacted.
5.2.3 RECORDINGS
Where applicable, audio and video recordings of consultation calls will be shared with the client to facilitate the objectives of the relevant market research study. We will only disclose Personal Data of individuals to third parties with whom we have established a signed agreement to ensure adherence to data protection laws.
5.2.4 PAYMENTS
