Investigational Survey Study for Adults with Obesity or Overweight
This research study is conducted by an independent insights team in collaboration with experienced research professionals. We follow strict ethical guidelines, ensure full data privacy, and maintain transparent practices throughout the entire study experience for all participants.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in this study, you must meet the following criteria:

- Must be 18 year’s of age or older.
- Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or greater.
- Have a BMI of 27 kg/m² or greater with at least one weight-related medical condition.
- Must have started Foundayo (Orforglipron) treatment within the last 28 days.
- Must meet all additional study-specific criteria.
- For each completed survey, participants will receive $75 as compensation for their time.
- Must not have Type 2 Diabetes.

Understanding experiences of adults with overweight or obesity
This study explores the real-life experiences, challenges, and lifestyle patterns of adults living with overweight or obesity. We aim to understand how daily habits, treatment journeys, and personal perspectives shape overall health, helping improve future research, care approaches, and support systems.

Study Details
Fully Online Participation
There are no onsite visits required — survey will be conducted online.
Five Scheduled Surveys
Participants will complete a total of five (5) surveys over the study period.
30 Minutes Each Survey
Each survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
$75 Compensation Per Survey
For each completed survey, participants will receive $75 as compensation for their time.
