Why is this study being done?
Understanding experiences of adults with overweight or obesity
You are being asked to take part in a research study which aims to understand the experience of adults receiving Foundayo treatment to manage their weight, during the first eighteen months of receiving treatment.
The questions in the survey ask about people’s experiences when they first started Foundayo and then ask questions to understand people’s ongoing experience with the treatment.
